Responsible for the management of human resources, which includes personnel and benefits administration, staff training, labor relations, EEO and Affirmative Action. Directly supervises the human resources assistant. Reports to the facility warden.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field and three (3) years of human resources or directly related experience required, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity. Valid driver’s license in the state of Mississippi with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
