What you will be doing: Youll be responsible for supervising the planning, coordinating, and implementing of the administrative and programmatic activities of the pre-military program in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Duties:

1. Develop curriculum of instruction for pre-military cadets to prepare them for entering any branch of the United States armed services and provide students with pre-military instruction.

2. Administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test to all interested students monthly and serve as a liaison between the center and the test administrator.

3. Serve as liaison with armed services recruiters to facilitate student enlisted.

4. Create a structured physical education and training program so that the cadets are able to pass the Army Physical Fitness Test.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years related experience.

• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.

• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
