Position Summary:Reports to the Food Service Supervisor. Responsible for the preparation fo facility meals based on pre-planned menus in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and United States Marshals Services (USMS) directives.

Education and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent. Food service training, and one (1) year of food service or related experience and prior supervisory experience are preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver license in the State of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.

Post Hire Requirements:Must successfully complete annual in-service training requirements and pass an annual background check, both of which must be approved by the USMS.
