Reports to the Finance & Administration Director. Responsible for the management of student records, student input and exit processing, student pay and allowances, leaves and government transportation. . Essential Functions include:

  • Regularly assess and audit department for contractional compliance and quality of services to students: prepare reports on audits and assessments.

  • Supervise records staff on the maintenance and preparation of all central student records,reports, and other written communications;establish work assignments and priorities.

  • Coordinate clothing allowance issue, audit of student pay, government transportation and meal allowance administration.

  • Statistically analyze student records; regularly review and audit records for compliance with DOL requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and current accountability systems such as as morning report, enrollment, allotments, leave records, student pay and profiles.

  • Respond to student, staff and outside agency inquires regarding student records; ensure Privacy Act compliance.

  • Coordinate with other center staff concerning student records.


  • Associates Degree and two years related experience, one of which should be supervisory. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements on a year by year basis.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.

  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
