MTC Supervisor, Career Transition Services in Saint Louis, Missouri

Overview

Wage - $45,000 annually

Schedule Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday Friday

What you will be doing: Youll be responsible for the management of career transition services (CTS) in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.

Essential Functions:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administrative and programmatic of the CTS department.

  2. Oversee the management of employability development efforts for each student from career development through career transition phases of the career development student services (CDSS).

  3. Development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the outreach/career transition services (OTS).

  4. Review and audit career transition department regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers.

  5. Develop and ensure adherence to the enter CTS plans.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, or closely related field, and two (2) years related supervisory experience; or Associate degree and four (4) years related supervisory experience

  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
